Please be aware of, and report any fraudulent, unauthorized solicitation to GBTA or the use of our Mark(s) “Global Business Travel Association,” “GBTA.”

If you receive a call or email from any company that is not our official housing provider or that is offering any lists with complete attendee contact information including email and phone numbers, please contact us immediately. We are doing everything we can to address this situation and appreciate your cooperation.

Vendors, Attendees, and Exhibitors Lists

No outside entity has been provided or is authorized to sell any information related to our vendors, attendees, exhibitors, or other information. We will never email or call you to ask to purchase a list.

Accessibility and Inclusivity

GBTA is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive event that enables all individuals to engage fully.

GBTA has partnered with Wordly AI Powered Translation to provide real-time translation of sessions into audio and captions for 30+ languages.  The following sessions will utilize the Wordly Captioning and Translation services:

  • All Four Main Stage Sessions
  • All Education Sessions


Attendees will access Wordly with their mobile phone or computer via a QR Code or the link in the mobile app session description. Attendees can select their preferred output language, and whether they want to read captions or listen to audio.


Accessibility: Beanfield Centre is fully compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). As a venue, they provide an assistive environment that offers equal access and participation for persons with disabilities.

Service Animals: Certified or trained service and support animals are welcome within Beanfield Centre and must be on a leash or controlled alternative. Otherwise, animals and pets are not permitted within the venue.

Credit Cards & ATMs

Credit cards like VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club are widely accepted. At ATM machines all over Toronto, money can be withdrawn using debit and credit cards.

Currency in Toronto is the Canadian dollar

COVID-19 Response & Protocols

Dress Code

Wear whatever you feel comfortable doing business in! Business or Business Casual is the norm for during the day and the opening reception.

Don't forget to pack your outfit for the Big Night Out!  Dress like your favorite athlete or rock the colours of your national flag!

  • Yes, all sessions are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Food and Beverages

GBTA provides the following food and beverage meals and refreshments to all attendees as part of the Conference program:


Monday, April 22

  • 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: The Welcome Reception will feature a selection of light hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine, Non-alcoholic drinks.

Tuesday, April 23

  • Coffee Breaks provided throughout the day (tea, coffee & water)
  • 12:15 PM - 1:30 PM: Main Stage with plated lunch, menu available onsite.
  • 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM: The Big Night Out Event will offer food stations, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Wednesday, April 24

  • Coffee Break provided throughout the day (tea, coffee & water)
  • 12:15 PM - 1:30 PM: Main Stage with plated lunch, menu available onsite.


GBTA strives to make most of our Conference food and beverage offerings accessible to everyone. All food items will be labelled onsite and banquet staff will be knowledgeable about menu ingredients and allergens.


When you arrive onsite and need a special meal (kosher, halal, vegan, etc.) please notify one of the banquet staff members and they will assist you.

The official languages of Canada are English and French.

Toronto is on EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) 4 hours behind GMT

Lost and Found

Please go to the GBTA Registration desk if you have lost something. At the conclusion of the event, Beanfield Centre will accept any reasonable lost and found items and they will be catalogued and stored for 30 days by their Security Services team. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after the 30-day retention period.

It’s customary to tip 15% or 20% at restaurants.
