Broadcast Studio

Back again in Toronto, the GBTA Broadcast Studio will feature video live video interviews with the business travel industry’s top executives, CEOs, influencers and thought leaders.

Credit Cards & ATMs

Credit cards like VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club are widely accepted. At ATM machines all over Toronto, money can be withdrawn using debit and credit cards.

Currency in Toronto is the Canadian dollar

Dress Code

Wear whatever you feel comfortable doing business in! Business or Business Casual is the norm for during the day and the opening reception.

Education Sessions

I did not sign up for a particular education session, can I still go?

  • Yes, all sessions are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I sign up for education sessions and/or create a schedule?

  • Via My Conference Planner. Please note that adding a session to your Conference Planner does not guarantee you a seat in that session.

Attendees can search Education Sessions by track, type, speakers or keywords and plan their Conference experience via My Conference Planner or the Mobile App.

Expo Selection 2021

Organizations are invited to select their booths for next year’s Conference based on priority points. Suppliers will receive their appointment to "Expo Selection Centre" via email, prior to Conference.

However, suppliers are welcome to stop by the 2021 Expo Selection Center to confirm or view their appointment time. First-time exhibitors and walk-in appointments are welcome starting at 10am on Wednesday, May 26.

Visibility Packages are pre-selected marketing offerings that will allow a supplier’s organization to communicate with GBTA’s network of corporate travel professional before, during or after the Conference. Visibility Packages are available for purchase at a discount during Booth Selection in the Expo Selection Centre. For more information please contact hbrown@gbta.org.

My Conference Planner

Using advanced planning tools, attendees can plan their Conference experience by creating a schedule of exhibitors they’ll visit on the Expo floor to education and events they will attend. In addition, attendees can make confirmed appointments with exhibitors. This customized online schedule can be synched to Outlook calendars and the Mobile App.
