Efrem Berman serves as the Head of Global Loyalty and Engagement for Radisson Hotel Group. Berman is responsible for enabling Radisson Hotel Group to deliver a differentiated experience to its best guests and ensuring hotel owners are receiving incremental value for their investment. Along with his team, Berman uses a suite of tools, namely: Radisson Rewards, Radisson Rewards for Business and a range of integrated partnerships to enable the broader business to achieve its objectives.
Berman has worked to improve customer experiences for most of his career. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Berman worked with Aimia, a global leader in loyalty management, in a number global and regional capacities that exposed him to many aspects of the Aeroplan and Aimia businesses. Immediately preceding his role with the Radisson Hotel Group, Berman was the Head of Loyalty Consulting, Americas.
In addition, Berman has an MBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business and has worked for McKinsey & Company.
