Registration and Badge Pickup
The registration desk will be open each day of the Conference for attendees to check themselves in. Attendees can pick up their badges at the GBTA Registration area in Pre-Function B at Beanfield Centre.
GBTA registration will be open during the following hours:
- Monday, April 22: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, April 23: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday, April 24: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Don’t forget to bring your Conference badge, you must have it with you to be allowed entry.
Every four years those global summer games come around again, and this year, GBTA is getting into the spirit! We’ll be transforming the Victory Ballroom at Hotel X into the Athlete’s Village for a night of friendly competition. And when you’ve had your fill of fun and games, dive into delicious food and drinks, then take it to the dance floor with our live DJ keeping the party going until late!
Don’t forget to show off your champion’s spirit too! Dress like your favorite athlete or rock the colours of your national flag! Have fun with fellow GBTA Canada Conference 2024 attendees, network over delicious food and drinks, compete in the games and enjoy the party on the dance floor until late!
